DCCI receives a Turkish trade delegation

A big Turkish product exhibition is set to be held at Dubai International Trade Center during the period June 4-6, 2005 under the motto 'Made in Turkey'.
Mr. Sultan Lootah, Manager of Business Promotion at DCCI attended the meeting, while Mr. Harun Kocak, the Turkish Commercial Attache along with a delegation of Iznic Foundation in Estanbul attended the meeting from the Turkish side.
Professor Dr. Isil Kabaygil, a top official of Iznic explained that the Foundation is a national organization involved in producing state-of-art tiles, inspired by substantial concepts of Islamic legacy.
"Our products are pieces of art that reflect the aesthetics inherited from Islamic civilization as well as the original principles of Islam such as eternity, paradise and purity", she said.
"Iznic participated in the Dubai exhibitions of 'Index' and 'Big Five', however we would like to establish a stronger existence in the Dubai market. Our products inspire people to live with art, through having such beautiful and simple pieces of art", she added, referring to their international reputation and accreditation by prominent UK and US organizations.
Mr. Mutaiwee praised the samples showcased in the meeting and explained the methods of entering the Dubai market whether through partnership with a local high caliber local on the rule of 49/51%, or through establishing a branch in Jebel Ali Free Zone and nominating a local agent. He wished all progress to Iznic Foundation.
