Great family benefits with Kuwait Airways new Oasis Club program

On April 2, 2005 the new Oasis Club office was inaugurated by KAC Marketing Director, Mr. Ahmed Al-Hilal and Mr. Gerry Pereira, President Carlson Marketing Group Asia Pacific.
On October 2, 2004, Kuwait Airways Corporation, the national carrier of Kuwait signed a five year contract with Carlson Marketing Group, a recognized leader in Relationship Marketing , to manage and optimize the frequent flyer program of Kuwait Airways, namely the Oasis Club.
Kuwait Airways objective for the five year contract with Carlson Marketing is 'to have the Oasis Club meet and surpass the standards set by the competition in the region for passenger loyalty towards the airline by engaging a recognized leader in relationship and loyalty marketing'.
Keeping in line with the objectives, Carlson Marketing Group has drawn out the New Oasis Club Program which recognizes and rewards Kuwait Airways loyal customers, offers members a number of ways to interact with the Customer Service Center, new interactive services on the website, online enrollment, generous bonuses for Business and First Class travel, a family mileage pooling program that allows members to pool the mileage of up to 8 family members into one account, revised qualification criteria for Silver and Gold elite levels and new service benefits.
Carlson Marketing Group's services for the optimization of the Oasis Club program for Kuwait Airways includes full customer care centre solution, loyalty program design and management, full technology solution ( including advanced website), design - production and fulfillment of new member materials and Measurement Strategy Consulting.
Further to signing the 5 year contract with Kuwait Airways, Carlson Marketing pulled together a multi-national, multi-office team, designed the new program and benchmarked against the competition. Following the design, the most suitable technology was chosen by the IT experts; new creative materials were designed, in line with the revised Oasis Club brand guide.
After careful evaluation, a new dedicated office location was chosen and outfitted to Carlson Marketing Group and Kuwait Airways' standards. State of the art equipment has been installed to ensure efficient and speedy customer service.
