Star service from Etisalat

UAE telco Etisalat is providing premium mobile package plans for customers, allowing them to buy bulk local calling time and SMS messages. Mohammed Al Fahim, Exec VP Marketing, Etisalat, says that cheaper, VoIP international calls could be on the cards in future, but not until quality assurance and regulatory process take place.
