Assistant Housekeeper promoted to Executive Housekeeper

Khaleed, a Jordanian national has been with the hospitality industry since 1995.

After completing his Secondary High School from Moa'awiah School in Zarqa, Jordon, Khaleed has complemented and strengthened his education by undertaking several hospitality courses during the course of his 10 year working career. The courses include Guest complaint handling skills, Time and Task Managing, Guest service skills, Train the Trainer and more.

He started off his career as a Room attendant at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Amman in 1995. Following this start in the hotel business Khaleed then joined the Grand Hyatt, Amman in 1998, where he worked his way up the ladder to being promoted as Assistant Housekeeping Manager in February 2003.

Khaleed joined the Sheraton Deira Hotel & Towers in September 2004 in the capacity of an Assistant Housekeeper and through sheer determination and perseverance, his hard work paid off and he has earned his recent promotion as Executive Housekeeper.

"It is my deepest desire to build my team to focus on customer satisfaction by enhancing the customer service skills at the Sheraton Deira Hotel & Towers' he said.
