TalkyTracker is the name of the new product which enables the courier customer to use his/her voice during a phone call to access all the company services; with speech recognition caller can speak freely with his won local accent and ask the system for service to do or information to retrieve. TalkyTracker engines are smart enough to understand the caller and flexible enough to not limit number of keywords.
The application retrieves the information from the courier's database which is in text format and forwarding it to the TTS engine to convert it into clear understood voice to be playback to the caller.
