The 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed suites, all with their own unique style in interior decoration, furniture and design feature spacious lounges, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Facilities include an international restaurant and a coffee and tea lounge in the main lobby. For conferences and meetings, the hotel offers a business centre with two meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 100 attendees.

The hotel also features a state-of-the-art health club with the latest sports equipment, steam room, Jacuzzi, sauna and a swimming pool.

The property is situated in the heart of the city, on the main highway to Madinah. The property is just 15 minutes away from the bustling King Abdul Aziz International Airport, and a short walk from the city's main shopping area, Al Tahliya. Amusement parks along the main corniche are within a short driving distance, and those with a passion for the city's history are only 5 minutes away from the old town of Jeddah. The suites are expected to start receiving guests next month.

Rezidor SAS will manage and operate the Radisson SAS Royal Suite Hotel on behalf of the owner, Saudi Amjad Holding Company, chaired by Sheikh Dr. Abdul Wahed Al Obaid, and one of Saudi Arabia's largest real estate investment and development companies.
