Throughout April, The Holiday Lounge at Dnata Travel Centre will showcase the delights and icons of Britain in partnership with VisitBritain, VisitScotland and England's North Country.

Said Rashid Al Noori, Senior Vice President Dnata Agencies: 'We are very excited about our latest Destination of the Month. Together with our partners, we have lined-up great travel packages to Britain, generous prizes, as well as a variety of interesting activities at the lounge. We encourage those planning their holidays to come down to the lounge to learn more about the many attractions of Britain.'

Visitors to The Holiday Lounge this month can get up close and personal with Beefeaters, Scottish Bagpipers and other cut-out figures of iconic British personalities on display, as they browse through travel literature and posters.

On 13th April, the lounge transforms into a parlor and visitors are invited to sample traditional English afternoon tea catered by the Ritz. The Scottish Bagpiper will also make another appearance to perform at the lounge on Monday 11th April at 11 am.

Throughout the month, a travel adviser from VisitBritain will be stationed at The Holiday Lounge at regular intervals to assist visitors with queries. All customers who book a trip to Britain at the lounge in April will also receive attractive giveaways, courtesy of VisitBritain, and stand a chance to win a two-night stay at a top London hotel for two people, a pair of theatre tickets, afternoon tea for two and a mid-week break at Champneys Tring, one of the world's leading health farms set in the peaceful Hertfordshire countryside. The two-night stay at Champneys will include all meals, unlimited use of the facilities and a complimentary massage and facial.

Said Carol Maddison, Marketing Manager, VisitBritain: 'VisitBritain are delighted to take part in Dnata's 12-month travel show and this event represents a major travel platform for us to reinforce our commitment to the Middle East as a priority market. It provides us with a great opportunity to showcase Britain and highlight the diversity of the product we have to offer.'

She added: 'Unique, traditional, cutting edge, refreshing, imaginative - Britain has it all and more. Whether you are looking for inspiration, action, relaxation or want to discover Britain's hidden treasures explore Britain your own way.'
