Wataniya Telecom, Kuwait's leading provider of mobile services and Rotana Audio Visual Holding, the region's premiere music company announced the signing of a content agreement giving Wataniya customers access to Rotana's world of exciting entertainment content portfolio.

"There is a huge demand for content from the music industry, especially in Kuwait where Rotana has a huge fan base. The Rotana entertainment content will enhance the existing portfolio of value-added services available to Wataniya customers, through a variety of channels from their favourite local and international artists as it is released. The new SIM card that is available to Wataniya's customers today will also include a Rotana menu option, so that customers can access the content directly from their mobiles, quickly and easily.
Since it launched its GPRS and MMS services in 2003, Wataniya Telecom has continued to drive more and more varied content for its customers.
