Sahm Technologies forges alliance with Talisma

The alliance will entail Sahm to offer implementation and system integration services around Talisma CRM suite. Under the agreement, Sahm will be the exclusive provider and distributor of Talisma CRM in the GCC. The powerful combination of Sahm's technology expertise and Talisma's leadership in global markets will offer customers a measurable return on investment and best-in-class support services.

According to Madar Research, the CRM applications market is expected to be worth over USD 190 million by 2008 in the UAE alone. Sahm's vision is to be one of the major players in that market, bringing innovative and competitive solutions to the region.
