The event took place at the Fairmont Hotel and was open to the general public throughout the day, from 9am to 9pm.

The focus of the exhibition was on The Villa. Developed by Mazaya Developers, The Villa project consists of Mediterranean style villas and land that buyers can build on, keeping in mind the theme of the project. This picturesque, self contained community is designed for a lifestyle of convenience and functionality, with views of lush landscaped gardens, and water features.

Mazaya Real Estate is a major investor in the Villa project and has hired Cornerstone to market, promote and sell a number of exclusive villas and land/plots in certain sectors of the project, to investors and end-customers. The great advantage to potential buyer is that they have the opportunity to purchase directly from developers, with a unified price plan and an easy installment plan. It also eliminates the need for costly middlemen and price manipulations.

"Cornerstone has a thorough understanding of the dynamics of the UAE property market. Our highly committed team of professionals will provide you with the latest information and insights into the local property market. Moreover, our wide portfolio of properties caters to the needs, aspirations and dreams of most property buyers in the UAE", comments by Ms. Zaina Streeter, Associate Sales Director at Cornerstone Real Estate.

The Dh1.2 billion ($326.7 million) Mazaya Villas project, to be completed by January 2007, is located along Emirates Road near the Global Village complex. Dubai Properties, the master developer of the project, is set to complete the infrastructure facilities by June 2006.

The open house event was visited by approximately 250 people throughout the day, bringing the volume of sales to a record high. There are currently a few plots and villas still available at the Villa.
