Mercedes ME sales up 36%

Mercedes-Benz Middle East recorded sales of 3,766 units for Q1, 2005, an increase of 36% over the same three months in 2004. Sales of the C-Class rose 82% to 650 vehicles, M-Class went up 98% and the S-Class luxury sedan had sales of over 650 units. The figures puts the luxury car maker on track to hit its 2005 sales target of just under 13,000 vehicles, according to CEO DaimlerChrysler ME Nicholas Speeks,
