Piyush Mathur appointed to lead ACNielsen in the Gulf region

ACNielsen, the world's leading marketing information provider, announced that Piyush Mathur will take over the role of Managing Director, Gulf, responsible for overseeing its business in all GCC markets.
He has spent over 10 years with ACNielsen, with 6 years in the Middle East. He has been involved in several senior level positions with ACNielsen as Country Manager UAE, the head of the Customised Unit in Egypt, Country Manager in the Indian sub-continent and as a Research Director heading Media and Internet studies. During these positions he has played an instrumental role in the success of several brands across a range of sectors.
"The market research community has the potential opportunity of raising the bar while reaching closer to ROI and adding value in the board room," commented Piyush Mathur, Managing Director Gulf.
