Dubai Financial Market burst through the 700-point mark for the first time in trading yesterday. A total of 16.609m shares valued at $526m changed hands. Emaar Properties closed at Dhs19.30 after earlier trading at a record high Dhs19.75 and accounted for about half the value of all trades.
