Alshamel completes first semester of its online training program

Alshamel, the largest travel management company in Kuwait, has announced the successful completion of the first semester of its online training program catering to its 200+ employees.
Tim Waddell, Special Projects Manager at Alshamel, commented, "Alshamel is committed to investing in its great asset- its people. This initiative is not only a way to give back to our staff in terms of personal development, but it has also been a hugely effective way to ensure that they are among the most qualified and capable in the industry."
Among the recipients who received special commendation was Shaikh Sulieman, who started at Alshamel as an office assistant in 1999 and is now a fully qualified member of the Alshamel SatoTravel Division.
"Staff development is the cornerstone of business development," commented Abdulrahim Al-Awadi, Chairman and Managing Director of Alshamel International.
"Through e-learning we have been able to seamlessly integrate tailor-made curricula to the work day of each member of the company, thereby benefiting the company at each level."
The second semester of e-learning at Alshamel is scheduled to begin soon.
