Avaya puts 'Communications at the Heart of Business' with regional forum series

The forum, which is expected to draw in some 800 attendees from seven countries, will highlight Avaya best practices for migrating to IP telephony, and explore the future of contact centers, to help businesses in the region identify how communications can create a competitive advantage.

Attendees at the forum will hear from Avaya about the latest advances in IP telephony and contact center applications. Industry analyst, Silvio Navarro, an independent consultant and expert in contact center strategies from the US, will also share his knowledge on how businesses can improve their customer satisfaction with IP solutions. Avaya executives will also be available for one-on-one meetings to discuss specific requirements of attendees.
