"The potential for our business in the Middle East is very impressive, at the moment," said Kashif Mumtaz, Founder & CEO, Assertiv eGroup. "Compared with the rest of the world, where the effects of a recession in the Interactive New Media industry are still being felt, the Middle East seems unaffected and if anything, business is booming.

"While we already do business in the Middle East, having an on-the-ground presence here in Saudi Arabia with local partners will enable us to build brand recognition and increase sales activity in the region. Gitex Saudi Arabia 2005 will bring together the region's IT industry players and give Assertiv eGroup a tremendous networking opportunity."

As first time participants at Gitex Saudi Arabia 2005, Assertiv eGroup is also looking to demonstrate its distinctive service offering line-up at the event, which will be held at Riyadh Exhibition Centre from April 24-28.
