Samsung conducts training program for resellers in the UAE

Samsung, the regional and global leader in digital convergence technology, recently hosted a one day training program for its resellers and sales personals across the Middle East.

Designed especially to increase knowledge and information of products and give better consultancy to customers, the training program was attended by 125 resellers and sales personal from across the UAE. This program will also travel across Middle East and Africa. The modules in this program are specially designed for simpler and better communication.

"Samsung conducts such training programs at regular intervals as part of its vision to offer unmatched support-services to our loyal partners and consumers in turn throughout Middle East and Africa", said Mr. Vivek Sharma, Sales Manager, IT division, Samsung Gulf Electronics. "The main idea behind the training session was to ensure that our loyal partners are well versed to offer qualitative services to customers for our range of high end products that we manufacture," Mr. Vivek added.
