The $1bn sukuk issued by Dubai Civil Aviation has been listed on the Dubai Financial Market. There are now four Islamic bonds listed on DFM. But the market needs more bond issues at a time when the property market is booming to increase secondary market activity, according to a leading investment banker quoted in Gulf News.
