Mohammed Al Gergawi, Secretary General of the Dubai Government Excellence Program said, "The Program depends on unique standard of evaluation to guarantee transparency and to ensure the accomplishment of it main goals of raising the levels of performance in the Government sector."
He added, "There was very close competition amongst the Government Departments, which indicates a positive development in the performance of the sector."
