Richard Azzam joins Hertz Kuwait

Hertz Kuwait has expanded its management team by appointing Richard Azzam as Hertz Group Manager.
With a business degree from Lebanon's Greenfield College, Azzam started his career in 1983, when he was appointed Purchasing manager for a Kuwait-based transportation company. He then joined Yousuf Ahmed Al Ghanim, where he held various posts, including the position of Avis Country Manager, which he held for three years. In 2002, Azzam left Kuwait for Saudi Arabia, where he spent a year working as a general manager for Key Rent A Car.
"We are setting the path for our expansion and growth and my responsibilities will be to ensure that quality standards and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout each element of the business," said Azzam, who reports to Hertz Kuwait's General Manager, Ahmad Ayyash.
Hertz Kuwait operates branches in Shuwaikh, at Kuwait International Airport, the J. W. Marriott Hotel in Al Hilali Street, the Marian Towers and the Courtyard Hotel in Kuwait City Centre.
