Sparkling Emerald Palace Residences launched for the Crescent, Palm Jumeira

Sunny Beach Properties and Sun Rise Properties, members of the Emerald Palace Group have announced plans for a palatial, seven storey residential boutique development on the Crescent of Palm Jumeira.
The sprawling plans feature 200 elegant two and three bed apartments and Penthouse suites. Equipped with roomy balconies and spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf and Palm Island, the residences are dedicated to opulent waterfront living. The lavish architecture with its imposing Palladian dome is expected to become a recognized characteristic of Palm Jumeira's skyline.

The developer, The Emerald Palace Group is comprised of several companies specializing in architecture, finance and real estate development, the company also has projects underway on the Palm Jebel Ali. In addition leading project consultants Atkins, renowned for their role in the Burj Al Arab 7-star hotel, have been selected to manage the development.
The prestigious European firm Poznyakizhilstroy, with a reputation for their international standards will be the project architects, along with PEBM - the largest New York based architectural practice offering expertise in planning & design. Completion of the development is expected for 2007.
The Emerald Palace Residences will be located adjacent to The Emerald Palace Hotel and Resort. Occupying in excess of a staggering, 1 million square feet of land, the development promises the ultimate in first class, luxury living. Over 60% of the land will be dedicated to providing lush green gardens, recreational areas and swimming pools. In line with the vision of excellence, both complexes will be managed by an international 5-star deluxe hotel group.
Sales of the properties will be handled by Better Homes a leading real estate agent in the UAE with sales of the apartments from 19th April onwards.
