Aptec announces distribution agreement with Avaya to offer IP telephony solutions.

Aptec, leading Regional Value Added Distributor partners with Avaya, a leading global provider of business communications software, systems and services, to target the Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) sector's Integrated Business Communication needs.
Demand for IP telephony is growing in the Middle East, with more and more small and mid-level organizations considering the move to IP-based solutions for their business communications. With this new distribution agreement, Aptec and Avaya will be able to address these new customers with specialized partners who can deliver the needs of the SME sector.

And with Avaya's IP Office offering our reseller partners can deliver an integrated IT platform for voice, data & multimedia to enhance productivity and performance goals of this sector. Aptec and Avaya will be providing selected Avaya telephony solutions, including the award-winning IP Office portfolio. IP Office is a suite of products specifically tailored to provide a total communications platform for businesses with up to 300 employees. IP Office has a wide range of features to match business requirements, including messaging, customer service, call attendant, productivity features, and conferencing. IP Office has already been deployed at over 60 sites in the UAE, serving customers in Banking, Logistics Services, and Call Centres segments.
