Jumeirah Beach sales centre will shift to better premises at the development site

"It gives me tremendous pleasure to announce to you the imminent opening of the new Jumeirah Beach Residence Sales Centre at the site of the development. The dedicated JBR Sales Centre, which is under construction, will provide a more comprehensive level of service," said Hashim Al Dabal, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Properties.

He pointed out that though the existing Sales Centre had all the amenities, it was away from the site. "Now, investors and homeowners can visit the new Centre and watch the construction of their dream home at Jumeirah Beach Residence come to life. Al Dabal said that the new Centre will replace the current facility when it opens on 24 April 2005.

Shopping Boulevard

He said that the ultimate experience in community living will be enhanced by a new retail concept. With construction on the two main shopping areas now underway, people can now see the start of what will be a 1.7 km shopping boulevard that will host over 400 outlets including 50 food & beverage and coffee shops located directly on the beach front.

Overlooking the Arabian Gulf Jumeirah Beach Residence is an impressive 22 million square feet of gross floor area development across a length of 1.7 kilometres. It features 36 residential towers, 4 hotel towers, beach clubs and is being developed by the same team that produced landmark projects such as the Dubai Internet City and the Dubai Media City. Launched in August 2002, Jumeirah Beach Residence apartments will be ready for occupation by the forth quarter of 2005.
