MICE, which stands for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions, is a congress organized by Naseba, who produce, host, and sell upper level executive events around the world. The congress itself will take place at the Palace from April 24th to 26th, with over 250 of the region's top executives attending.

Houssam Tantawi, Executive Director of Sales at Emirates Palace says, "We are proud to be hosting such an event; MICE is a very important market for the emirate of Abu Dhabi as well as Emirates Palace, as they both carry such potential. Major organizations around the world are realising the resources and facilities that our region offers, and we at the Palace are deeply encouraging more of these types of events."

The congress is expected to run smoothly as the technology found at the Palace is state of the art. With over 7000sqm of meeting and conference space, the Palace is home to the country's largest ballroom, a 1200 seat auditorium, a high tech media centre and over 40 meeting rooms for one to choose from. "Partnering with Emirates Palace was a simple decision to make; the services and amenities they bring to an event like this are very valuable to our delegates," says a Naseba spokesperson. The conference centre facilities have wireless internet coverage, are fully equipped with projectors, motorized screens, plasma screens, microphones, audio-visual systems, wireless and wire data systems, special sound systems, video conferencing systems and IP camera and broadcast camera connectivity. The large terraces and pre-function areas will provide the participants with many possibilities for breaks and banquets.
