PALME 2005 proves a major attraction for the regional industry

The third annual PALME, the Middle East's premier professional sound, light, music, audio visual and systems integration exhibition, was officially opened this morning by HE Hussain Ali Lootah, who toured the exhibition and was highly impressed with the world leading technological innovations showcased by international and regional companies.
PALME is a unique showcase of over 400 international and local companies, and features some of the biggest names in the pro audio, lighting, sound, system integration and musical instrument industries. Firmly established as the Middle East's premier event of its type, it is regarded as a must attend event on the industry trade show calendar, and rated as one of the world's leading exhibitions in its sector.
International brands launching new products at PALME 2005 include major industry names such as Pioneer, Sennheiser, Coemar, GE Lighting, ACME, ESE, Lake Technology, Allen & Heath, Maltbury Staging, ROBE, Fender, Korg, Roland, Kawai, Boss, Charlie Lab, Clay Paky, Audioprof, Renkus Heinz, ic audio, Audio Technica, American Audio, American DJ, QSC and Airstar.
Globally acknowledged as the key forum for the industry in the Middle East, the event is supported by PLASA UK, the professional lighting and sound association (one of the few shows in the world to receive their official endorsement). Other major industry associations such as APIAS (Italy), Secartys (Spain), VPLT (Germany) and ILDA (U.S.) are also enthusiastic supporters.
PALME showcases major international manufacturers, key regional suppliers, installers and integrators from the professional entertainment and project installation industries - this year's event sees a 100% increase in occupied floor space, with over 400 companies represented.

Organised by IIR Middle East, PALME 2005 takes place between April 24 and 26 at Dubai's state-of-the-art International Exhibition Centre.
