The exclusively designed, two storey, single family homes that typify the character and essence of Spanish architectural splendour, were released last week to buyers who had registered their interest during the initial launch earlier this year.
Naaman Atallah, Director of Sales, Emaar Properties, said that the initiative reinstated Emaar's commitment towards service excellence and customer satisfaction.
"Many potential investors had missed the opportunity to own a Mirador La Colección home due to the sales rush and the limited number of units released. "Following the earlier launch, we reviewed customer responses and their preferences and acceded to their needs. This unique one-off initiative was our way of telling our customers that we continue to care," Atallah said.
"Our goal is to provide each of our customers equal opportunities to own a home in Emaar's lifestyle communities and initiatives like these define the high service standards which characterise our company.
"Emaar's Mirador community at the Arabian Ranches has emerged a popular choice among investors keen to own the Spanish masterpiece homes which are set around pristine surroundings of one of Dubai's premium golf courses," he continued.
Key to the development is The Desert Course, an 18-hole championship course designed by Ian Baker Finch and Nicklaus Design. The 7,698-yard, par-72 course is already operational and many believe will rank among the top 100 courses anywhere in the world.
Mirador La Colección forms part of Emaar's Arabian Ranches community, the region's finest themed urban development.
