Opus partners with Asteco

Each of the 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms apartments and penthouses in the seven blocks will feature a Lutron lighting system and an OPUS 500 Series Multi-Room Entertainment System. OPUS is a built-in music and video system which provides discreet entertainment from a central bank of equipment e.g. CD Jukebox, Radio Tuner, DVD player, Satellite digibox. In each room, stylish
stainless steel finish keypads and a set of ceiling speakers will provide lighting
control, hi-fi quality CD and radio entertainment plus access to and control of
video in the major rooms.

Opus has signed contracts with the main contractor on both projects for the supply of all multi-room entertainment equipment. Intelligent Homes will be installing these together with Lutron systems in every apartment over the next two years in line with the build process.

Oceana apartments have been sold off-plan and Jewel apartments will soon be released for sale. With such success already apparent, show apartments are expected to be finished shortly and will showcase innovative development
excellence in the Gulf region.
