AD, $2.4bn auto complexes

Abu Dhabi will build a combination offshore car and tourism complex and an automobile hub at a combined cost of $2.4bn, reported Gulf News. The $2bn AutoPolis will be built on an island off Abu Dhabi and have a regional distribution centre for car manufacturers and tourist development. The $408m Autohub at Mussafah Industrial City will group car operators, distributors and manufacturers.
