Batelco, BIX Internet deal

Batelco has signed an agreement with the Bahrain Internet Exchange to prepare for the introduction of other Internet service providers in Bahrain. Batelco is providing international connectivity from BIX to Teleglobe's meet-me point in order that they can sell on the connection to the internet backbone to other ISPs.
