Union Co-Operative Society celebrates 23rd anniversary

Mr. Al-Falasi also made a big announcement that they will be opening the biggest hypermarket in the Middle East in August 2006. The first digging for that project will start on July 2005 in Al Barsha area near the Emirates Mall. The hypermarket with a size of 18,000 square feet, will have 85 counters, over 100 shops, 1000 parking lots and soon after a gas station with car wash, oil & tire change services.
"As part of our expansion plans, we are changing all our existing outlets to become hypermarket as well to better position ourselves in the market and be able to compete with the multinational companies," said Mr. Al-Falasi.
