Al Rajhi, 50% Tameer stake

Saudi Arabia-based Al Rajhi Group has acquired a 50% stake in the UAE-based Tameer Property. The value of the deal was not disclosed. Al Rahji has interests in industry, trading and finance and wants to diversify into the booming UAE property sector. Tameer has launched a number of large property projects across the UAE, including the Princess Tower in Dubai.
