Apicorp $250m facility closed

Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation's $250m five-year term loan facility has closed, according to a company statement. Syndication received total commitments of $295m from international banks which prompted an increase in the facility from $200m to $250m. Proceeds will be used to refinance Apicorp's $200m five-year syndicated term loan facility signed in July 2000, and for general corporate purposes.
