Emirates Airline profit up 49%

Emirates Airline, part of the Emirates Group, has declared an increase in profit by 49% to $429m for 2004-5, on revenues up 36% at $4.9bn. The airline maintained its position as one of the world's five most profitable carriers during the year and says that it will be operating more than 150 aircraft and carrying 33m passengers by 2012.
