Red tape hampers business
Middle East executives, especially those running foreign companies, are having huge difficulties with government red tape, and say it hampers their business, according to a survey by Sage software. Respondents also identified a dearth of qualified staff in the region, particularly bilingual staff, according to Shishir Srivastava, Executive Director, Sage Software.
