Mr Mulham Al Jarf is, at present, Deputy CEO of Oman Oil Company SAOG and replaces Mr. Ahmed bin Salim Al Wahaibi, who opted to not seek re-election to the OOMCO Board this term.
The Board had earlier approved the appointment of 2 new members to the audit committee, increasing the size from 3 to 4. The new audit committee members are Sayyidah Rawan Ahmed Al-Said and Abdul Kader Darwish Dosambeh Al Balushi.
Sayyidah Rawan Ahmed Al-Said is Director Research at the State General Reserve Fund (SGRF) while Abdul Kader Darwish Dosambeh Al Balushi works as Asst. General Manager - Credit Admin and Remedial Credit with Bank Muscat.
Mr. Abdul Amir bin Saied Mohammed, a director and member of the audit committee, had opted to not seek re-election to the Board of OOMCO resulting in a vacancy on the audit committee.
