E-Vision gift wraps top packages to mark fifth anniversary

Emirates Cable TV and Multimedia (E-Vision) today announced its joint collaboration with partners to offer its subscribers a battery of big price cuts to mark its fifth anniversary.
Additionally, installation will be free with E-Vision waiving its customary Dhs.250 charge.
A range of benefits is being offered to current customers, including two weeks free viewing of all the premium packages for every E-Vision Basic package subscribers. It is a very good time to upgrade with a range of attractive deals on offer. Upgrading from E-Vision's Basic package to a premium package, or upgrades with the same premium package, will be charged at half price for the first two months of subscription.
Prices on e-view, E-Vision's pay-per-view channel, will be halved. As a result, Hindi movies will be charged at just Dhs.3 and western and Arabic movies at Dhs.5.
Humaid Rashid Sahoo, E-Vision's Chief Executive Officer, said: "We are proud of what E-Vision has achieved during the past five years. It has beaten all expectations by extending its reach to more than 60 per cent of all homes in the UAE.
"In the process it has become the most comprehensive source of entertainment in the region, and we want current and future subscribers to share in the success and experience the quality of our offerings and services."

E-Vision was established in April 2000 as the UAE's only cable provider, and is a subsidiary of the Emirates Telecommunication's corporation.With an initial coverage of 20,000 homes, E-Vision's services currently reach 300,000 homes across five emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain and Ajman, with a solid 500,000 viewers.
