Job Link, Jordan's first and only publication specialized in Human Resources has launched its online portal to allow readers to easily access the latest human resource information on the World Wide Web.
The website consists of a variety of specialized segments that corresponds with the reader's needs. The website, with its user friendly interface, allows job searchers to upload their CVs and employers and headhunters to browse through resumes. In addition, it highlights workshops and training with testimonials, articles and feature editorials in giving tips, advice and skill enhancement concerning interviews, resumes, and cover letters. Lastly a section is devoted specifically with up-to-date news in Jordan concerning businesses, company news and background, future business insights, event listing with specific details on time and location, and an opinion section concerning employment and the developing companies in Jordan.
Rami Beseiso, the General Manger and founder of Job Link emphasized on the electronic website by stating, "The intention of expanding electronically is an initiative to access our general public and companies, especially since the ultimate source for information in the past few years has become the Internet; specifically, the collision between human resources and the Internet. The purpose of the online portal is to offer hiring solutions complete with news information and articles allowing Job Link to be the first in the nation to use the print and online medium to reach customers and their demands."
Job Link stresses the intention of its role in society, business, and international business by assisting and providing information for employment inquiries, needs or ambitions. Job Link hopes to find a solution for both perspective employees and employers as they may achieve their aspiring career objectives in the local and Arab job market.
