- PRESS RELEASE
As part of Batelco's continuous bid to ensure customer satisfaction, Batelco has developed a new feature for the SimSim PrePaid mobile service to meet customers' requirements.
A customer's SimSim account has a validity period of 60 days from the date a customer refills their account with a minimum 10 BD voucher, during this period the account is active and they can make and receive calls.
When a Customer's SimSim account runs out of credit during the first 60 days, the customer will be unable to make outgoing calls, however he can still receive calls. In order to continue making outgoing calls, customers will need to either refill their accounts with the new SimSim "credit only" vouchers of BD 3 or BD 5 or to refill with multiples of BD 10, which gives them additional time validity, up to a limit of BD60.
A Batelco spokesperson said, "Using the new SimSim vouchers is easier and more convenient and has been tailored to meet the various budget requirements of our customers. The introduction of these new denominations is yet another example of Batelco's care and concern towards its customers".
Customers may refill their accounts by calling 808080 and following the normal procedure.
