Local and regional media representatives enjoyed a pleasant evening cruise onboard REFAD's yacht and were treated to a glimpse of the Okyana; the Australia continent of The World, on which the company will construct the only hotel property- its five-star plus hotel 'The Monarch.'
The internationally registered hotel chain has signed 11 properties in Eastern Europe and the Middle East since its official launch at ATM last year, and more property deals are in the pipeline as the company seeks to become a significant player in the global hospitality industry.
Antoine Yazbek, President of REFAD Hotels & Resorts, said: 'To go from one hotel property to 11 in less than 18 months is a major achievement. We aim to acquire around six new properties a year over the next five years. The five hospitality brands in our stable meet and exceed the demands of today's travelers and their families.'
