The Residences at Burj Dubai topped out

The Residences, Emaar's exclusive 6-tower complex in the heart of the Burj Dubai District, was topped up on schedule last week.
He was joined by Fred Durie, Executive Director Development, David Richmond, Senior Director Development, Mohammed Moshneb, Senior Development Manager, Mohammed Maydoor, Assistant Project Manager, all of Emaar. Also present were members of NASA Multiplex, the main contractors.
Construction for the towers began in August 2003 and NASA Multiplex have completed the structure on schedule. Cost of constructing the six towers is approximately AED 580 million. The project will be completed in 2006.
The Residences comprises of one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartments, with breathtaking views of the Burj Dubai Tower and the surrounding skyline. It has all the amenities of a metropolitan centre, but with the comforts and security of an exclusive community right in the middle of Dubai's downtown area.
Facilities include swimming pools, squash court, golf court, fitness centre, a mini theatre, library, business centre and guest suite. The homes feature the latest in IT and communications technology. 24-hour security and maintenance, basement parking and concierge facility will also be provided.
