Alshamel has created a new understanding of travel management

During the exhibition, which was held the first week of May, Alshamel's work over the past year in the travel industry's various areas was recognized.

Marriott awarded Alshamel the prize for top seller of room nights at a special ceremony held on the second day of the ATM, which was attended by regional trade partners and hoteliers, commented Al-Awadi. He said such awards recognize the dedication displayed by the Alshamel Team over the past year and encourages the staff to raise the bar even higher, adding that this is the second year in a row that Alshamel receives the Marriott accolade, and it is also Alshamel's second year at the Arabian Travel Market.

He said that the contracts that were signed with travel and tourism companies during the ATM set Alshamel apart from its competitors while helping the company attain regional recognition as the top travel provider in the Middle East.

"Alshamel has reconstructed the notion of the typical travel agency, creating a new understanding of travel management for corporate and leisure travel clients alike," Al-Awadi continued, indicating that next year Alshamel plans to have an even larger presence at the ATM, which is recognized as the largest travel exhibition in the Middle East.

"Next year will be our ten year anniversary, so our team is already planning for a huge celebration of a decade of top travel management services," he concluded.
