The Contract which is for the construction and twelve month maintenance of the three towers was signed by Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Chairman, Armada Group, Mr. Melvyn John Ford, General Manager and Mr. Li Ming Deputy General Manger, CSHK.

CSHK Dubai will be completing the Armada Towers contract for the three buildings in about 28 months' time. Also at the Jumeirah Lake Towers site, important infrastructure work was carried out.
"The Armada Towers will have only the finest in international standards. This is reflected in the choice of CSHK Dubai for the prestigious contract. This will ensure that future tenants can hope to enjoy the highest levels of both comfort and safety," added Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi.
The Armada Group has already invested in excess of AED 1 billion in the Armada Towers, which is one of the most highly anticipated and much sought after real estate developments in Dubai. The three Armada Towers are expected to house 1,200 apartments with total build up area of around 1.6 million square feet. The Armada Towers will have 21,000 square feet of external and 15,000 square feet of internal retail space, and will also house twelve luxurious penthouses, four in each tower.
"APCC, an Abu Dhabi-based piling company, had been awarded the piling works earlier on this project and the parking work is completed for plot No. 1 and 3 and it is in process for plot No. 2," said Eng. Mohammad Nazem Asreb, Projects Manager, Armada Group.
