Qatar, $120bn investments aim

Qatar will develop investment projects worth up to $120bn in the next five to eight years as it continues to diversify its energy-based economy, according to Minister of Economy and Trade Sheikh Mohamad bin Ahmed Al Thani. He said $70bn would go into the hydrocarbons industry and the rest in infrastructure projects, according to a Reuters report.
