Leading IT consultant to address IT forum on growing ICT employment in the Gulf

Hosted by Zayed University's Institute for Technological Innovation (ITI), Dr. Murphy will speak to Forum members (from local, international, governmental and private sector organizations such as ADNOC, ADWEA, AME Info, CISCO, Dubai e-Government, Dubai Internet City, DIFC, Gartner Consulting, the General Information Authority, IBM, Kanoo Group, National Bank of Dubai, PWC Logistics and Zayed University), industry leaders and their guests tomorrow, Tuesday May 24 at 6:30 p.m. at the Zayed University Y-Auditorium, Abu Dhabi campus.

Dr. Abdullah Abonamah, Director of the Institute for Technological Innovation, remarked: "We are very pleased to have an international thinker, who is as well known for his Middle Eastern perspective as Dr. Murphy, address the Forum on such a timely and important topic. The event is a taster for IT Forum membership: the Forum, the first of its kind in the Gulf region, allows CIOs and CEOs to meet both virtually and in person to discuss different perspectives of the IT planning process and information technology transfer in the region - from both managerial and strategic dimensions.
