Ignore ethics at your peril
Businesses ignore ethic-driven consumers at their peril, according to Body Shop founder Anita Roddick. Speaking at the Entrepreneurs In Dubai forum, Roddick says that customers crave knowledge and honest information, and want to feel empathy with a company.
