IBM Middle East awards business partners for outstanding performance

IBM Middle East has presented awards to several top channel partners across the region in recognition of their efforts and achievements in selling IBM products and solutions across the SMB and enterprise segments.

The partners were chosen on a sales and performance basis in several categories that expand across IBM's business divisions, including hardware, software and services.

"Our channel partners play a very important role in IBM's business success in the region; these awards represent a small token of appreciation for their efforts," said Mourad Zohny, BPO Manager, IBM Middle East, Egypt and Pakistan. "As far as we see, all our partners are winners. Together, we hope to keep up the hard work in the years to come."

• Al Abbas for PC and IBM eServer xSeries sales (UAE)

• EBM for IBM eServer xSeries sales (UAE)

• Gulf Business Machines (GBM) for xSeries sales (UAE)

• Redington for best IBM PC distributor in Egypt

• Infotech for PC sales (Pakistan)

• IOP for IBM eServer xSeries sales (Pakistan)

• Computer Care for best reseller in the UAE

• Logicom for distribution of PC products and IBM eServer xSeries (GCC)

• Gulf Business Machines Distribution (GBMD) for distribution of PC products and IBM eServer xSeries (GCC)

IBM is broadening its market by expanding and growing the skills set of its channel partners to bring the benefits of on demand business to Middle East customers.
