Sun to enhance a Diamond's sparkle

Five companies were invited to tender for the main contracting business for Marina Diamond Two and Sun Engineering and Contracting won the deal as the main contractor with responsibility for constructing the tower.

After signing the contract earlier this week Faris Saeed, General Manager for Diamond Investments commented, "Sun Engineering is a leading contractor with more than 30 years of experience in Dubai. As experts in its domain, the company was able to submit the best offer in budget and time. I believe Sun Engineering will work hard, in conjunction with our project management team, to deliver the quality results that we expect. With the successful completion of the excavation process, deep foundations, piling and shoring phases of the project the new contractor can begin work on Marina Diamond Two immediately."

Marina Diamond Two offers a selection of apartments ranging from studio, to one or two bedrooms. Consistent with Diamond Investments' other property developments home ownership of Marina Diamond Two entitles a residency permit for non-UAE nationals. Residents of the new building will be looking forward to joining the Marina Diamond Family as they collect their keys and move into their new homes in the summer of 2006.
