eCompany offers free online registration for Dial -up Internet users

eCompany, Etisalat's one-stop e-powerhouse Business Unit that provides Internet services and total ICT solutions today announced that customers could subscribe online to Dial-up Internet access using the Web site.
Using a friendly interface and easy-to-follow application steps, customers can now subscribe to eCompany Dial-up Internet Service from any Internet connected PC. Customers would now be able to have their own basic Internet account through a simple and convenient online process.
Existing Al Shamil customers will now also be able to upgrade to higher packages for free. Customers of Al Shamil broadband access service can still avail of benefits like 50 % reduction on wireless ADSL Modems, free 50 MB email storage,free Norton Anti Virus , free Norton Personal Firewall and free Anti Spam Plus thus saving upto AED 1349.
Announcing the new service, Abdulla Hashim, Senior Manager eCompany said: " The online provisioning of Dial Up Internet is yet another example of eCompany's commitment to facilitate customer convenience for those seeking to have a basic Internet access connection in a simple, convenient and cost effective process. This is the second initiative in terms of providing a convenient online application process for a Internet connection after successfully providing the same earlier for our Al Shamil broadband customers ."
After successfully completing the online application form, customers can always call eCompany's Internet Help Desk at 800 6 100 for further inquires and follow up. The Help Desk is open 24/7 to receive customer queries and solve their problems.
