Designed based on the award-winning model HS810, the Motorola HS850 takes the excellent wear-ability and simplicity of its processor and adds superior connectivity speeds, advanced reliability and Bluetooth® 1.2 wireless technology.

'Motorola's leadership in the Bluetooth arena is fully evident with the model HS850, developed for today's Bluetooth aficionados,' said Patrick Mulligan, Area Director for Motorola's Mobile Devices Business.

Engineered to deliver premium audio quality, an improved interference rejection and compatibility with Bluetooth 1.1 wireless technology-enabled products, the compact model HS850 delivers seamless connectivity with style and ease. The ergonomic headset also delivers improved battery capabilities - providing up to eight hours of talk time and 200+ hours of standby time - ensuring that users have a reliable and powerful hands-free solution for an enhanced mobile experience.

'Packed with user-friendly features especially suited to the Middle East region, where many users wear sunglasses, carry their phone accessories in their pockets, and often switch mobile phones, this next-generation tool is certain to enhance the mobile lifestyles of people in this region with advanced speed, convenience and wear-ability,' added Mulligan.

Building on Bluetooth headsets of the past, the Motorola HS850 showcases a foldable boom microphone for compact storage and removable ear hook for placement on either ear. Its rich feature set continues with an indicator LED to provide a visual cue as to headset status, voice dial, 3-way calling and the ability to connect to compatible mobile phones, PCs or PDAs up to 30 feet (10 meters) away. Completing the hands-free experience, the Motorola HS850 offers a multipurpose button to place, receive and end calls and an impressive up to 8 hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time.

The Motorola HS850 can be coupled with any Bluetooth wireless technology-enabled mobile phone including the Motorola A760, A768, A835, A845, A925, E398, V303, V500, V501, V600, V710 and V80 to create a simple, smart and convenient hands-free package that complements any mobile lifestyle.
