Water Middle East started in 2003, and organized by Bahrain Convention & Exhibition Bureau & Nuernberg Global Fairs - German government owned company - this annual specialized event is dedicated to the specific needs and technical requirements of arid regions where efficient and sustainable water management has become a key issue. The economies in the Middle East are booming, population is rising quickly and due to the limited rain fall and natural water resources, efficient water management is most important for economic growth. Water Middle East Exhibition & Conference is taking up these challenges and in the last two events in 2003 and 2004 companies from the Middle East as well as from Europe and other continents were showcasing solutions, technologies and concepts. The conference program is organized by a high-rank international conference committee and organized by EITEP, the Euro-Institute for Information and Technology Transfer in Environmental Protection and Water Science and Technology Association.

This year Water Middle East Exhibition & Conference will be held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Prim Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, between 14 - 16 November 2005 at Bahrain International Exhibition Center.

Dr. Klaus Ritter - President of EITEP, Euro-Institute for Information and Technology Transfer in Environmental Protection GmbH, Germany and Chairman of Water Middle East Conference Committee said "In the Middle East region we, together with our international partners are using the annual Water Middle East conference and exhibition in Bahrain as a central platform for the international exchange of experiences with the Arab World."

Intelligent Building Middle East will have its premiere December 5-7, 2005 at Bahrain Convention & Exhibition Center, under the patronage of H.E. Fahmi bin Ali Al Jodar, Minster of Works and housing. This building construction event with trade show and conference program is presenting integrated building solutions for hot and sunny climates.

For the Middle East, where impressive and huge infrastructural building projects as well as privately initiated projects are on the way, an international advisory committee has compiled a comprehensive conference program with approx. 50 speakers from 10 countries. These speakers will be renowned architects, scientists and in the majority industry representatives explaining the benefits of their innovative solutions. The conference sessions will cover: materials and components, façade systems, sun-control and ventilation, control and steering technologies, use of energy and the program will present international case studies. The program is now in the final step and we are expecting it to be available in detail on the website next month.

Mr. Frank Venjakob - Event Manager, Nuernberg Global Fairs, Germany said "for the Middle East, where impressive and huge infrastructural building projects as well as privately initiated projects are on the way, an international advisory committee has compiled a comprehensive conference program with approx. 50 speakers from 10 countries.
